customize Adsense Ads format

I want to know about it is possible, i make changes in Google adsense ads code ( In size of Ads) hight and width as per my website design. For Example i am select ads Format 728X90 and generate code and paste in website but then i want to Change ads original size from 728X90 to 468X90. this possible and its working, google give permission to change ads format.
