Making a WordPress based website mobile ready

Hello,
I am looking for a programmer to make my website mobile ready: JHR
We receive a lot of traffic from social websites so it must be very clean, whilst keeping the same feel as the desktop site. We will also need custom ads for the mobile site integrated.
