AidsSymptoms.net – Approximate Value?

I recently acquired this domain name, AidsSymptoms.net, and I want to know the approximate value? Anything more than $50 or so? Currently gets 30k searches per month with a CPC of 1-1.50 according to the big G. I want to list in on flippa so the $9 fee plus 10% would come out to be $23ish for the whole deal including the registration fee. Thanks!
