Developers and Designers for a project

Hi,
I am working on a concept wherein i need developers to bring that into reality. You can think of a startup may be.
2 PHP & Database Developer, UI Designer Expert. I will bear all the expenses.
Cost: You will have a 15% direct stake in the project. Paper Agreement will be made before start of-course.
I prefer someone who is expert in the above areas and who are in Bangalore/Mysore so that i can closely work with.
