Please review site

I recently launched a forum and would like your reviews.
The site is: www.bicycle-classifieds.com
Its a forum/classifieds offering bike enthusiasts a place to discuss, sell/buy bikes, components etc…..
A couple of questions I have:
1. Layout? How is it?
2. Color Scheme?
3. Content? I have videos, what else can I place for content? Games, related to bicycling? Maybe a blog?
4. Advertising? I would like to offer advertising space.
5. Logo? At the moment it is just a text…
