query varchar 255 to decimal (15,4) coming out to zero

I am not sure what I am doing incorrectly. but when I do a query for some reason a few rows out of a couple hundred come out to zero instead of the price. Its only with a few rows but I can't seem to see the difference. Any ideas or suggestions?
