Payoneer account blocked, refused support, bad experience.

So, I have felt the need to register on this site to expose the side of Payoneer which you're not used to seeing.
Today, my account was "blocked" due to no fault of my own. Yesterday, I called Payoneer requesting withdrawal of funds to a bank account. I verified with the agent on the phone that I was allowed to withdraw to a friends bank account, he proceeded to answer yes (Possibly to get me off the phone?) So, all well and good.
