Bluehost VPS vs HostGator VPS

I am planning to move my site to VPS but not able to decide which company offers better services. I am little confused between HG level 3 VPS plan and BH standard plan. Price is not an issue here. Which company is offering better services, has less downtime…please advice.
HG is using "AMD" and BH is offering "Single core" CPU. Which one is better?
