account meets requirments yet won’t allow posting

Hello,
I would like to post a threat in the buy, sell or trade area of this website. I realize that there are requirments which DP have set for members of the forum to acheive before they are entitled to use this specific area of the forum, I have reached these requirments and would therefore like my account to be given the priveleges as I have currently waited weeks in hope that it would work. But to no avail.
I would appreciate if someone could either fix this for me, or enlighten me on…
