Survey type email campaign.

Hi guys,
Been several years that I've left the scene and coding in general.
I need a quick solution in regards to marketing (actually more existing customer service improvement) and hope that someone could help me.
I have a list of email addresses from existing customers, resellers, freelance representatives, support teams etc. (We manufacture and supply electrical equipment, the list contains roughly 4000 email addresses obtained by direct communication with these parties.)
