Adsense check problem

Hello Dear members
I have google adsense account for over 8 months.. Never had problem till november.
I gave my google adsense check to my bank in november. But it wasn't cleared and didn't get any cash till now. Also my check has been returned.. And my bank resent check to citibank which said that can't able to deposit this check (unknown reason) And also i gave my next check in december 14th.. But till now it wasn't cleared also.. Why?? My account wasn't disabled and active.. Didn't get any…
