Need guidance for Adsense approval

I am trying for a long time for adsense approval and got rejected several times now. The problem is that I am clueless about what is causing the rejection. The reason given is always the same that the site doesn't comply with Google policies. My site is www.technologyvista.in and I have a steady visitor of around 3000.
