Need Developer, 50% stake

Hello, I have been mining crypto currencies for a little over a year now and have made great money doing it now I want to expand my business.
I would like to offer hosted mining services, ie. rent out some of my hashing power. I have more than enough hashing power to rent out but I don't know how to set it up in a way that allows people to rent out specific amounts of hash power.
If there is a developer that can build or implement a system to where I can rent out hashing power I will split…
