Indian Paypal Users – Withdrawal to 16 Digit Bank Account Number

Can any Indian Paypal user confirm if a 16-digit bank account number can be added to PayPal for funds withdrawal?
So far, I've had a 12-digit account number which worked fine but I recently shifted to a regional bank but they gave me a 16-digit savings account number for funds transfer. They have NEFT facilities but don't know anything about PayPal.
Does anyone have else have such a long a/c number, or have you successfully withdrawn from Paypal to a bank with a 16 digit a/c number?…
