Need help developing a mobile application

Hello.
I have been trying to raise funds for an iPhone app for over a year but just can't seem to get the cash flow… flowing.
All my funds are sunk into a feature film that is being released next month but there won't be any return for at least a year and by that time this concept will be developed by someone else.
Basically i am stuck (not familiar enough with app development to do much on my own). The concept is absolutely brilliant but I need a partner to get this to market.
