Is POF Still Worth Pushing

Ive been trying to crack POF for a few years now on and off. It seems like to me that i spend more on VPS, tracking (POF pro) and traffic and little to no ROI. Seeing how Facebook bans account and no longer allow dating, should i stick to POF and make it work.
Also, are people in here banking on POF? Ive been on paid forums and it looks like every newbie that joins is instructed to start with POF.
