From my time in the IM space I've had some observations and curiosities that I wanted to ask everyone. Not including cash or other tangibles what is the most valuable asset (skillset?) you have? Ex:

Programming in C++?
Proficiency with Adobe software?
Writing skills?
Design skills?
Management skills?
A list of 10'000 people's emails who all want to hear from you?

I have a history with computer programming. I'm comfortable using API's, going into the PHP…
