Is anyone good with router problems?

In my home office we have a Vodafone router which also gives us VOIP for two phones.
The phones are still working and Vodafone claim everything looks ok at their end. However we can't connect to the web via Ethernet or wifi using desktop, laptop or phone. If I ping a site the IP is shown as [1.1.1.1]. Using a browser either doesn't connect or asks me to log into the router – but logging in fails too.
