Need help with CSS – Adding Featured Thumbnails on WP theme

I need some help setting up featured images for a theme that didn't have it setup. I have added the code and now see featured thumbnails, but I can't seem to get the CSS to display it where I want. This is probably a 5 minute job for someone familiar with WordPress and CSS.
