Reset password email mystery

I'm not getting the reset password email from Twitter.
I've checked my junk folder.
I've tried the same with my other Twitter accounts and I get the reset password email within seconds, but just not for the one particular account.
I know the email for that account is correct because I got all the welcome msgs when I signed up, and when I submitted a ticket to support I also received the email from them.
(There response (so far at least) has been of no use, they just said they were sending…
