How to block someone from using my personal facebook account?

I lost my mobile few days back. I set out the always login option in my mobile's facebook app and for my facebook fan page named worldleaks. I created a new account in facebook. But I wanna block my old account. I can't login into my old account. I think the theft changed my password.
Can anyone help me to solve this issue?
