Looking for CPC / CPM advertiser for a job listings site catering to UAE traffic

I am managing a jobs listing website mainly catering to UAE traffic. Rest of the traffic comes from India, Pakistan, USA etc. Currently I am running Adsense on it. However, I would like to diversify to CPC / CPM or affiliate programs to monetize the traffic.
