Glue PR from banned site to not banned site

Hello!
Please help, who have real information:
If I glue a banned site with PR4 to not banned site with PR1 – what PR will be after up PR – 4 or 1 on the not banned site?
I see that Googlebot scan banned sites, which are not in the google index.
