Upgrading my multi wordpress account to 3.8

i'm currently still on 3.6.1 and have over 150+ sites on my multi account. was wondering if there have been any altercations with any multi account upgrades to 3.7 or 3.8.
before i pull the trigger on this upgrade..was hoping if anyone can shed some light.
