Paypal/Gamble freindly webhost wanted

Looking to host 7 brand new domains on a cheap monthly paypal basis. and the web host must be a gambling friendly web host as its poker related. As my sites grow I will end up pushing up to a dedicated server as I will be having a video site similar to YouTube but a single niche, any advise would be appreciated.
