I don’t want to do this by myself. Any companies Specialize in this?

I have a site that is a niche website and is clearing over 100K pageviews/mo.
Its a great site that is ready to take the next step with a company that specializes in:
-Evaluating google analytic stats to help guage traffic value.
-Prepares a demographics/viewer stat package to display on my advertisers inquiry page.
-Can also help take over how to monetize or strategically help me take advantage of my YouTube traffic. I’ve got about 20K subscribers and my page has over 7 million views.
Are there companies that specialize in this stuff? If so, which ones are out there? and what are the best terms that describe them so I can begin searching them out. Right now I find none. It’s like your left there on your own to build your own strategy for your website.
Any help would be SOOO helpful.
