CPC rates for publisher at least 50 cents per click! – not adsense

I've looking for CPC advertisement sites, which they pay well for Cost Per Click to 1st Tire Country traffic, at least 50 cent per click by for quality click. Even adult sites which are really good with these types of rates are also better.
Please share your experience.
P.S. – Don't include google adsense – they still don't have any alternatives.
