Guaranteed – Assurance: Logo and Website Contest ($100 and $250 Respectively)

Hi Guys,
I need a logo and a website created for a site called Assurance.
You can design the site (landing page, homepage and inner page) or the logo or both. Anything that is designed for this contest can not be used for any kind of portfolio.
Winner must send all source files upon payment via paypal after making any agreed upon changes (if any). All rights will be transferred over to me at that point.
