i want to make a website, need suggestions and tips

Hello forums users,
Today i was thinking to create a website, all my old tentatives have failed, so i dont know How to earn with websites, never earned the amount i wanted to, soi dont know the actual market, and was wondering wich kind of sites are the most usefull nowadays?I had few type of sites in my mind=
PTC site,
Streaming site
Forum (kinda fails always)
Gaming review site.
What you can tell me about these?or should i change path?
Any suggestions critics are welcome!
