Google adsens help for blogger

Hi I am running adsens on blogspot.com and I am aware we can change the name of our blog but as its a free blog so there is few question in my mind. I would appreciate any expert feedback –

Will this be 301 redirected so my all old links will be remain worth full?
Will it affect on my adsense account and my adsens will be closed?
Is it be better to create new blog? but its not recommended by Google adsens for creating two account. Guide me what should I do to change blog URL in…
