Getting first interactive members… HOW?

Well i have a problem, i'm creating a website and it's pretty much done, but now i'm asking myself what should i do to attract more visitors… Pay someone to write forum posts – blogs… I don't know if fiverr is good, have you guys any experience with the web kick ofs? or anybody has interests of writting something?
Well i'm on a loooow budget and i kind of feel stupid if i'd had to pay for every post, i don't know how long would it take for someone interactive to register and start…
