What would you do with $100?

I went to a lecture by a visiting Entrepreneur. He held up a $100 bill and asked, "Who wants a hundred dollars?" Hands went up. He asked it again. So I got up, walked to the podium, and took the $100 bill, walked back to my seat, and sat down. At the end of the lecture, he asked the question again with another bill and he was about tackled. My question to DPers is this: If someone handed you $100 today, how would you make that money work for you?
