Top Ten Review Site

Hi,
As you can see, this is my first post. If you said "congratulations", I say "thanks". But..I am founding a review site . I have few questions if someone can help me because of compassion. Do you know any free skins or modules for top ten (or more) reviews site?
I tried to use skinr but I could not get it work yet..
e: I Think I could make a simple one with ckeditor but It would better to have more options in it like works/don't work signs with buttons etc.

It should include graphics…
