Facebook Application – Post on anyones wall on my behalf

I need a Facebook application to be made or if there is a pre-made you've found to show me.
Instructions:
When Facebook users accept the application, I will be allowed to post on their wall on my behalf. If there is a way to mass post on everyones wall at the same time with the same message that would be great.
I prefer calling people if you live in the United States.
