PHP programmer for simple job

I need someone to edit simple PHP document, it is login bar on SMF theme PELIKAN that I brought from http://demo.dzinerstudio.com/
What I need is that someone removes fields "Username", password and images login and register. Instead of that I will insert 3 of my images that will point to links I will provide to you.
