2 small design jobs – PPT template and PDF

Hi
I have 2 small jobs –
a. Design a PowerPoint template for Sterling Edge (a training company) – http://sterlingedge.com.au (I can provide logo to successful candidate). The template will be used to make business presentations and should reflect the company colours, include the logo, and look professional.
b. I need a pdf document that will help people decide their eligibility for government funding for training. It will take the form of a question – they then answer yes or no….
