Social Media Marketer Wanted

I run a web hosting company and I'm looking for an individual to run our Facebook and Twitter accounts which currently see little use.
I need someone that can:
1) Create competitions and run them
2) Increase our outreach
3) Work closely with me on brainstorming ideas
4) Write some blog posts about interesting things in the web hosting, web design, marketing, SEO, software, coding niches (maybe one per week).
Your English must be impeccable and I need to see examples of past Facebook/Twitter…
