Need your comment to my current hosting and plan to move it

Hi all,
I have a hosting account in tmdhosting. Of cause it is a share host but I paid to an unlimited account which i can host unlimited domain. Some more they was mention 99.99% up time and every thing are the best while i read the spec before sign up. Yet after sign up my site is always down. Please check my attached image.
