VPS or Dedicated Server – 4GB Minimum – 2 Core Minimum – (Possible Moving)

Hello,
We are looking to move to another reliable host, simply because the people we are using now, we keep getting a bunch of memory errors and their prices are starting to go alot higher than we can afford.
So, we are going to need at least the following minimum specifications:

4 GB Memory (Minimum)
2 CPU Cores (Minimum)
40GB Hard Disk Space (Minimum)

Now, I have always used cPanel, but I know that ends up adding between $10 – $15 per month and many places offer…
