video hosting

Hello,
We are looking forward to make a service, kinda video sharing service. First of all I want to ask, if it is possible to upload unlimited number and size of videos to youtube ?
if not we have to buy video sharing hosting service. How much does it cost , I mean normal one, with unlimited bandwidth and etc.
