Marketplace Feedback Scoring Doesn’t Make Sense

I recently started a contest and only then noticed that my score as a buyer is only 50%. Apparently, someone is claiming that I didn't pay them. I've only done a few transactions on DP but I believe I have fully paid everyone. If someone truly did not get paid, I want to make it right. Or, if they are making an unfounded claim, I at least want the opportunity to post my side of things, if not have the unpaid score removed. But, I can't see even the thread the transaction is from.
