Noob here and doing a lot of research but not clear on similar domain names and how do they help you or not help you.
For example, you have a domain you want to build on called xxxxdoctors.com. and you want to build a directory of doctors. Should you also get xxxxdoctor.com if available and if so, exactly how would you use it. Would you just forward it to the xxxxdoctors.com? How exactly can it be made to be useful to the site.? How does it or can it be used in search optimization? Or do you…
