Individual Sale or Group Sale , Pt. 2

Same questions as my previous post regarding how to get best value – Group or Indivdual. This group is not related as the others but wondered if domainer would not prefer to buy to whole group or am I better off selling them individually.
Wanting to know your thought process on your answer as well…thanks guys, I am learning a lot.
I have these 5 character names that I believe are all brandable, with nice sounding "tw" names and very easy to remember.
