DNS Propagation delay beyond 48 hours

Hello there,
I updated my name servers of powerelectronics.info 2 days back but it is still not propagated throughout the web: https://www.whatsmydns.net/#NS/powerelectronics.info
I got some info here: http://www.intodns.com/powerelectronics.info
What am I missing? Since DNS is updated in some countries, Can I assume that DNS info is correct but ISP is taking lot of time.
