Xcode iOS Simulator

Since I updated my Xcode to v5 , the simulator , both on iOS6 and iOS 7 it's starting quite slow . In 4 , as soon as I hit Build, took like 1-2 seconds for the app to appear , now it's more like 5-7 seconds.
Is it just me, or someone else having the same problem?
Any solutions?
