Because 2 to 3 days back I have read in google terms and conditions that a webmaster should avoid link exchange, guest posting, no keyword targeted content, no social social bookmarking, etc, which are the basics of SEO. It just says to write quality content that too without keyword targeting. Then only top websites like wikipedia, webmd, etc will be displayed.
