Entropay Verification Problem

Hello DP!
I have Visa Electron which was charged by Entropay second time with 1 Eur for verification purposes. The problem is that I am getting this message on my internet bank POS: 2XXXXXX6 ENTROPAY however Entropay only accepts 6 digit verification code. As you can see I got 8 digit. Their support is weak…Could somebody advise me on how to verify Entropay card? Where do I get that 6 digit?
