whats the strategy of Marketing in Booking.com or bookinsta.com or wotif.com?

I just would like to know what will be the Marketing Strategy of Booking.com-I know its a large hotel services provider,but there would be marketing strategy?what it should be?If any one can asnwer-I think it should be somewhat complex but how what would be the first step in that?
