new fb viral app

Hello everyone!
I want to add a new viral fb app to my facebook page.
But i read around that sometimes fb deletes such aaps and even the page.
I have spent a lot on facebook ads for this page and I don't want to be deleted by fb.
What should i take into consideration to avoid this?
