Hi Guys,
I can buy pr3-pr5 sites regularly with traffic very cheap. I want to develop these sites and sell/keep depending on their success. It would be 2-3 sites a week to start and possibly 2-3 sites/day if it goes well.

– Install wordpress, add theme, and plugins.
